Floor Plans & Rates Sentinel Pointe offers studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. We also have several deluxe units. Prices shown include three meals per day. We also offer a meal plan with 45 meals per month for a reduction in rent of $90 a month for each person. There is also an extra reduction for being gone 30 days or more. Amenities included in rent: All utilities (phone, electric, heat, trash, water) except long distance, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, 24 hour emergency response, library, billiards, whirlpool and sauna, sundries shop, Non-denominational Worship Service, and much more.
