No, Sentinel Pointe apartments are a 30 day lease, with only a $750 application fee per person up front. Back to top No, we have our rent and our health care services priced separately as many of our resident do not need assistance. Residents are able, however, to add on care as needed and stay in the same apartment. Back to top Our health center is staffed 24 hours a day and is available to help with bathing, dressing, medication, transports to meals and activities, and more.
